I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location boasts incredible views of the lake, which were truly breathtaking. However, the hotel was under construction, making our experience less enjoyable. The room's cleanliness left much to be desired, and I was disappointed that they didn't provide basic amenities like enough towels. Overall, while the view was stunning, the service and upkeep were not up to par for what I expected.

Rooms

The room had an amazing view but was not clean, with stained furniture and missing supplies.
Service

The staff were friendly and tried to help, but I shouldn't have had to approach them so often for basic needs.
Location

The hotel is right in front of a beautiful lake, which is its best feature. However, the construction obstructed the views we paid for.
Dining
5.0
Dining was lackluster overall. Meals were occasionally incorrect, which was frustrating during our stay.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel is in a great location with stunning views, but the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. While I appreciated the spaciousness of the suite, the cleanliness and maintenance standards were not up to par. The service was a bit hit or miss, but I did appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance team. Overall, it has potential but needs significant improvements.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. On one hand, the views were absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious. However, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired, with cleanliness issues and an uninviting check-in experience. Despite some positives, I can't say I would recommend it based on the value for money or the state of the facilities.

Rooms
6.0
The apartment was spacious with amazing views, but it felt quite tired and some upkeep was needed. Walkways had cobwebs and the bathroom was particularly disappointing with mould present.
Service

The check-in process was chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. It could definitely be improved to make guests feel more welcomed.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located a good distance from Queenstown, about a 45-minute walk, making it feel isolated. However, the scenery around the hotel is beautiful.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and the atmosphere felt cramped at times. I didn't find it particularly appealing.
Facilities
5.0
While there are decent amenities, many areas seemed neglected and overdue for a proper clean. It was disappointing to see dirt and dust in common areas.

I had an amazing stay with stunning views of the lake and mountains from my room. The amenities were great and the apartment was spacious and well-furnished. However, I did face some issues with the Wi-Fi connection that made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, a memorable experience with a few minor drawbacks.

Dining
6.0
I didn't utilize the dining options much, but there seemed to be limited variety, which could be improved.
Facilities

The facilities were well-maintained and had everything I needed during my stay, although I wish the Wi-Fi was better.

My stay was quite disappointing overall. Although I enjoyed some delicious food from the restaurant, the issues with the room and the poor service really detracted from the experience. The location had potential with beautiful views, but the noise and maintenance problems made it hard to fully appreciate. Given the high price point, I expected much better standards.

Rooms
5.0
The room had several maintenance issues including a poorly mounted loo seat that broke and a shower door that was in disrepair. It overall felt tired and not well-kept.
Service
5.0
The front desk was not very helpful when we experienced power outages, leaving us feeling lost and anxious. I found the service to be lacking in attentiveness.
Location

The hotel is situated by a lovely lake, which offers a nice view. However, it's quite a distance from town making it less ideal for exploring.
Dining

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food in the restaurant, which was quite good for hotel standards.
Facilities

The overall facilities felt dated and in need of significant maintenance, detracting from the experience.
